?Wes Wollenweber is a founding and managing partner of WF Legal with over 24 years of litigation experience in federal and state courts in Colorado. Wes’s practice has evolved over the years into a focus on several areas of housing. Wes has tried a variety of cases in both federal and state court, including several jury trials, and arbitrations pertaining to HOA disputes, employment civil rights cases, Fair Housing matters, construction related issues, non-compete disputes, and FDPCA defense matters. Wes has also focused on complex collection cases, including fraudulent transfer claims, over the balance of his career. Wes is now a mediator and arbitrator, focusing on housing, employment law, collection, and contract dispute matters.?
