​Wes Wollenweber is of counsel to the firm, Jachimiak Peterson Kummer and the founder of ReSolve ADR Group in Lakewood Colorado. Wes has over 26 years of litigation experience in federal and state courts in Colorado. Wes’s practice has evolved over the years into a focus on several areas of housing. Wes has tried a variety of cases in both federal and state court, including several jury trials, and arbitrations pertaining to employment civil rights cases, FDCPA litigation defense, Fair Housing matters, construction related issues, non-compete disputes, and commercial litigation. Wes has also focused on complex collection cases, including fraudulent transfer claims, over the balance of his career. Since 2014, Wes has mediated and arbitrated cases in these same areas of law.​

Stacy D. Stein is the founder of Mountain Peak Law Group, a creditors rights law firm that originated in Colorado and moved to Oklahoma. Stacy graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. After moving to Colorado, Stacy obtained her paralegal certificate and worked as a paralegal and office manager before going to law school at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Throughout her legal career, working exclusively in creditors rights law firms, Stacy has gained extensive experience in consumer and commercial collections. As the head of small firm, Stacy is very involved in all aspects of the case management including processes, procedures, training, compliance, and litigation. Stacy is licensed and actively practices creditors rights law in Colorado, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, and her Oklahoma licensing is pending. Stacy is the Co-chair of the Education Pillar and is on various other NCBA committees and subcommittees.
