As Firm Director, my role is to provide leadership and visionary direction for the Company while managing the integrity of Company operations and communication between multiple departments. Duties include: Regular communication with departmental managers, supervisors, and team leaders regarding the operations of their departments and the employees under their direction; Analysis of exceptions for Company-wide processes and reporting the same to Company’s owner(s); Routine performance calls with the Company’s top clients/customers and any necessary analysis of client/customer portfolios to ensure processes are being followed and standards being met; directing improvements of the Company’s process development, training, and implementation; Review and reporting of department performance metrics; Directing Company compliance and regulatory policy initiatives; Directing development of new Company processes, including digital communications processes, technology changes, and industry trend reviews.
