Crystal M. Duplay has dedicated her legal career to the field of Creditor’s Rights, representing clients in all facets of debt collection. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University and earned her Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
Crystal is a frequent speaker and published author on a wide range of debt collection topics. She currently serves as Secretary of the Ohio Creditor’s Attorney Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA). She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Wisconsin, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Allan began working as a law clerk in bankruptcy and foreclosure at Codilis & Associates in 2013 after graduating from Indiana University.
His legal education took him out to Toledo, Ohio, where he graduated from law school while working in the Children's Rights Clinic. After passing the Missouri Bar Allan joined Stange Law Firm, where he gained extensive practice/courtroom experience handling his own collections and advocating fiercely for clients.
That passion for courtroom work led him to the collections field, first with Blitt and Gaines, and currently with Faber and Brand. With over a decade of hands-on legal experience, Allan brings a grounded, empathetic, and strategic perspective to every case.

Dean was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2008, he graduated Cum Laude from Baylor University, where he was Pre-Law student and majored in Religious Studies. A few years later, Dean received his J.D. from The University of Oklahoma School of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2012. In 2014, he passed the Oklahoma bar exam and began practicing Oil & Gas Law in both Texas and Oklahoma. From 2014 through 2020, he issued ownership reports and published numerous complex Oil & Gas Title Opinions across various Oklahoma counties for some of the industry’s biggest production companies.
In 2021, Dean transitioned his field of practice to Creditor’s Rights Law in Oklahoma and Texas, attending countless trials and hearings across multiple counties in both states. In 2024, he joined Mountain Peak Law Group and currently serves as the associate attorney for collections efforts in Colorado and Oklahoma.
In his free time, Dean likes watching college and professional sports and enjoys studying history, economics, and financial markets.
